Now that I have a bike, the question then became where to ride it? Fortunately the Washington DC metro area has trails in abundance.

So what I am going to attempt to do is to document some of the trails I ride, and provide usable riding information for casual riders who might live in the DC area.

The trails in my area that I plan to ride or have ridden^* can be broken down as follows:

Maryland Trails	DC Trails	Virginia Trails
